Cerebro is among PH’s top 100 startups

Educational technology startup Cerebro has been listed among the top 100 startups in the Philippines during the celebration of Philippine Startup Week (PHSW) 2022.

The event which ran from November 14 to 18 featured various in-person and online activities revolving on the theme, “Homegrown Heroes: Cultivating Future Tech Giants”.

Now on its fourth year, the PHSW has continuously highlighted the work, achievements, and impact of local startups through its five tracks, namely: Discover, Develop, Collaborate, Invest and Showcase.

This is not the first time that Cerebro was featured in the PHSW.

In 2021, Cerebro was also part of the top 100 startups list, and was also hailed as the top 2 winner of the People’s Choice Awards for the Venture Pilipinas Startup Pitch Competition hosted by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the National Development Corporation.

It was also featured by the Department of Science and Technology’s (DOST) TOMASInno Center, the technology business incubator of the University of Santo Tomas in a talk about championing e-learning in the Philippines.

The PHSW is a joint initiative of the public and the private sector led by the DOST, the DTI, the Department of Information and Communications Technology, and QBO Innovation Hub.
